Logistic Superintendent

- Manages the warehouse order fulfillment process through order administration, and oversight of shipping process flow - Responsible for the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with Masimo’s customer service standards - Leads and directs the work of others as required to execute against on-time fulfillment commitments - Print and distribute SO pick list in concert with management prioritization to ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet objectives - Prioritize urgent shipments based on Customer Service and upper management request/direction;
- Work with configuration team/pickers/packers/export admin to assign and prioritize processing for shipments - Responsible for the verification of accuracy of product order prior to packing;
- Research and resolve shipping discrepancies between shipped and receive quantity for customers;
- Interface with customer service and both internal and external customers as it relates to outbound international shipping, resolves problems; and recommends corrective action using appropriate level of creativity - Provide status updates on specific shipments;
- Provides timely updates to management on export related issues and makes recommendations for process improvements;
- Manage visibility of shipments and communicate to Customer Service and upper management;
- Performs other duties or special projects as requested.

Experiência y requisitos
- Barchelor’s degree required. - English 85% - 3 or more years of related experience as superintendent on warehouse, transportation logistics, or supply chain experience - Interpersonal skills - the ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others - Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solution - Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data Well-developed organizational, priority management and planning skills - Developing reports and analysis from large data sets using analytical and statistical tools - Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
