**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Developing metrics and methods to analyze the performance of our products, as well as providing reporting on those efforts.
- Drive business case analysis, modeling, and recommendations (e.g., opportunity sizing, impact analysis, forecasting)
- Collaborate closely with data engineering to design and build technical processes that address business issues
- Creating and updating dbt models to improve availability and accessibility of new and existing datasets
- Deliver findings to multiple levels of leadership with effective presentations and visualizations
- Develop and automate the delivery of data views, dashboards, and self-service data exploration to provide insights at scale using Looker and dbt
- Support our global effort to standardize data and model documentation as part of a global cross-functional initiative

**What We'll Expect From You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a quantitative analytics role, preferably in a high-growth environment, working across multiple stakeholders, teams or businesses
- Demonstrable critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills, including the ability and confidence to make conclusions and recommendations from data
- Proactive communication skills and track record of setting and executing on clear, realistic deliverable timelines
- Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Advanced experience querying data (SQL), developing dbt models, and performing ad-hoc analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) required
- Experience with data modeling in Looker or other BI tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Ability to effectively summarize analysis and communicate findings in the form of presentations (Powerpoint / Google Slides), and present those findings to leadership
- Experience scripting in Python or working with Airflow a plus.
