**Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Proveedores (SQD)**

**Actividades**
- Planificar y llevar a cabo la evaluación inicial del proveedor (proveedor potencial)
- Desarrollo de proveedores (producto y proceso) hasta la aprobación PPAP
- Soporte del proveedor para las nuevas piezas y para ganar con el proveedor la primera vez correcta
- Asegurar la alineación de los métodos de medición
- Soporte activo en la gestión de reclamaciones de clientes finales
- Realizar auditorías de proveedores
- Evaluación del desempeño de los proveedores (Vendor Rating)
- Facilitar la comunicación entre proveedores y departamentos internos

**Habilidades**
- Ingeniería Terminada
- Al menos 3 años de Experiência en Calidad
- Nível de Inglés Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de procesos sobre componentes mecánicos, de fundición, termoplásticos y de goma.
- Conocimientos de dibujos mecánicos
- Conocimientos de equipos para medición y pruebas funcionales
- Buen conocimiento de Core Tools (PFMEA, Plan de Control, 8D, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP)
- Buen conocimiento de herramientas de resolución de problemas (Ishikawa, 5Why's)
- Conocimiento de los estándares y contexto normativo relacionado con el sector automotriz (IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5).
- Facilidad para trabajar en equipo en un contexto multi funcional y multi cultural
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita

Salario: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
