Key objectives:
The objective of the Regional SF Excellence & BI Manager is to,

Business Intelligence
- Own and manage SIR IQVIA data sources and FF productivity / profitability data, lead through analysis on the market situation, business environment and competition to drive growth, higher productivity and ROI
- Support and maintain SIR or cluster dashboards (SIR IQVIA 360, SIR Incentive, SFE parameters) and serves as a single point of contact for region analytic needs
- Support country / region to develop analytical platforms as to utilize commercial data to drive informative insights and profitable growth
- Ensure relevant countries users have access of key data, gain meaningful insights to develop commercial strategies that drive profitable growth
- Creation and deliver training materials of dashboard for users and ensure adoptions

Sales Force Excellence
- Support and co-develop with countries on FF performance management, partner countries to develop and implement of sales excellence strategy to boost FF productivity as well as monitoring implementation
- Support and collaborate with countries to improve FF productivity via quality resource allocation decision by portfolio prioritizations, customers targeting and segmentation, new channel, new account acquisition, territory design / alignment, FF structure & capacity enhancement, call plan design (with MCE) as well as monitoring implementation
- Support to co-develop contents and deliver the FF Capabilities Building program
- Support and leverage on CRM tool to improve SFE KPI and efficiency
- Own and manage SIR Commercial Rewards and Recognition programs to boost motivation and productivity
- Enhance and maintain SIR Commercial SharePoint as to drive commercial best practices and digital marketing assets

Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience working in database management, business analysis, CRM and SFE, marketing or sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Strong in analytical skill and with functional skills on reporting systems, preferable knowledge of Qlik Sense or MS Power BI tool and Good skill in operating Microsoft office (Excel, PPT)
- A proven operational experience in sales and sales force management (preferably in Pharma) or SFE related role in FMCG or large field force based industry or experience in IMS or Pharma consulting on field force optimization projects.
- Ability to work cross-functionally / countries and with senior executives to inspire buy-in of new concepts
- Strong in articulation, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 10% - 20% business travel

Education
- University degree, preferred

Languages
- Portuguese fluency is a must, English desirable.
