Actualmente, buscamos un Ingeniero Agrónomo para la posición de High Value Product Developer para **Sonora.**

**Responsibilities**:
Ejecución de ensayos de validación técnica y comercial para el portafolio y cultivos estratégicos de fertirriego en su región, evaluando rendimientos, rentabilidad, facilidad de implentación, entre otros.
Identificar y comunicar profesionalmente (interno) los beneficios, limitaciones, ventajas y oportunidades para el portafolio de fertirriego.
Generación de programas de nutrición específicos para la zona y cultivos.
Generación de recomendaciones nutricionales específicas para clientes clave.
Actualización mensual de mapeo de usuarios finales, cultivos y superficies, distribuidores. A fin de contar con base de datos actualizada para fertirriego: clientes, consumo, potencial, cremiento.
Reportar semanalmente precios de productos solubles.
Proponer prospectos de impacto comercial para alcanzar volúmenes a corto plazo del portafolio fertigation.
Implementar y participar activamente en actividades de generación de demanda: días de campo, días de mostrador, seminarios, reuniones y visitas a clientes, recorridos de campo con distribuidores, entretaniemto a personal técnico de dist, participación en expos o ferias locales
Concretar relaciones con actores de cadena de valor para desarrollos agronómicos con fines comerciales.
Colaboración en la creación de contenidos para el área de Marketing
Hacer propuestas diferenciadas de valor con potencial de mercado.
Seguimiento al BP de la zona, buscando canales para lograr las metas del portafolio integral del Yara.
Promover el uso de herramientas digitales.
Apoyo en la implementación de proyectos comerciales.
Cumplir con las políticas y lineamientos del corporativo (seguridad, ética/conducta, etc)
Cumplir con las reportes de otras áreas (gastos, HESQ, salesforce)
Actuar en consecuencia a los valores del corporativo

**Profile**:
Título en ingeniero agrónomo o afín.
3 años experiência en sistemas de riego presurizado y/o Fertirriego y/o Nutrición de cultivos, grower (tomates, berries, hortalizas)
**Preferentemente residencia zona Norte Hermosillo Sonora**
Experiência comercial: mercado de insumos agrícolas (fertilizantes)
Conocimiento en sistemas de riego presurizado y/o Fertirriego y/o Nutrición/Fisiología de cultivos
Conocimientos de nutrición foliar

Habilidad de comunicación y relaciones personales con distribuidores y agricultores,
Habilidad para desarrollar presentaciones, habilidad para transmitir y presentar ante un público.
Pensamiento técnico, pero enfoque comercial
Dominio idioma inglés
