**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Engineering support for clients in pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Interface with Engineering + QA at Headquarters for customer solutions, new product development, and customer complaints.
- Support Sales Managers for promotion of technical solutions.
- Support sales team to characterize products according to customer requirements and capabilities of the company.
- Costing and pricing of customized solutions.
- Managing design or special customized products with engineering.
- Communicate technical and quality requirements by building Bill of Design.
- Manage technical documentation.
- Assist field commissioning/troubleshooting.
Full time job.
International and multi-lingual environment.
work area: Santa fé CDMX
**Skill requirements**:
- Technically competent to handle surveys, bids, and specs.
- Fluent English, - Speaking, Reading, Writing.
- Experience in working for global / international corporations.
- Capable of editing drawings with SolidWorks and Autocad.
- ERP knowledge
