**¿Que harás?**

Maneja un liderazgo de apoyo amplio y consistente, desarrollando confianza y respeto en sus equipos, cumple con los objetivos de producción para garantizar el servicio oportuno y la funcionalidad del producto. Responsable de cumplir con los programas de producción asignados, mediante la adecuada gestión de los recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales, enfocados en el logro de indicadores Corporativos como JCMS, Seguridad, Calidad, Gente, Productividad, Entrega a Tiempo y Costos.

**¿Cómo lo harás?**
- Asegurar la implementación, comunicación y cumplimiento en todo momento de las medidas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
- Cumplir con las acciones para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la promoción de entornos organizacionales favorables derivadas de la NOM-035-STPS.
- Asegurarse que el empleado siga los procedimientos de la empresa y cumpla con las políticas.
- Supervisar y administrar el proceso productivo y los recursos materiales, técnicos y humanos (Asistencia, Entrenamiento, Disciplina y Desarrollo de su personal) a su disposición, para cumplir con el programa de producción diario con Seguridad, en tiempo, calidad, cantidad, y costo.
- Asegurar el inicio y término de turno a tiempo.
- Brindar información mensual oportuna de acuerdo con sus metas derivadas de sus KPI’s.
- Asegurar la fabricación de productos elaborados bajo estándares de calidad.
- Documentar rechazos y productos en los registros del área.
- Administrar la línea de producción de acuerdo con el procedimiento de la planta.
- Hacer juntas diarias con los empleados para informar metas logradas y por hacer
- Monitorear la meta de producción por hora, así como tomar de decisiones para el cumplimiento de la productividad.
- Participar en la integración del personal de nuevo ingreso, “Onboarding”.
- Buscar alternativas de solución para la salida del producto a tiempo.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización del área de trabajo.
- Re trabajar los rechazos inmediatamente de acuerdo a la documentación correspondiente.
- Minimizar y controlar el scrap de su área.
- Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad industrial y normas disciplinarias.
- Asegurar que los empleados deben de trabajar con seguridad en maquinaria o en cualquier tipo de operación manual.
- Proveer al operador los recursos y herramientas necesarias para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. así como el equipo de seguridad necesario.
- Supervisar que los jefes de grupo estén realizando sus actividades.
- Llevar bitácora de movimientos diarios y/o entregar reportes, realizar monitoreos constantes.
- Cumplir con los métricos de rotación y ausentismo, así como generar ideas para la reducción de los mismos.
- Implementar las medidas disciplinarias en su área de trabajo de acuerdo con los reglamentos de seguridad, EHS, Reglamento interior de trabajo y LFT.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Ingeniería (cualquier opción) trunca o terminada o Administracion
- 3 años de experiência en manejo de personal.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência continua en procesos de manufactura.
- Habilidad para planear, programar, detección de fallas y solución de problemas
- Conocimiento en Balanceo de linea
- Trabajo bajo presión y Buena actitud de servicio y comunicación
- Conocimiento Básico de las herramientas asignadas a su área.
- Inglés básico.
- Habilidades de Comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidades de organización, análisis y solución de problemas
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, administración de personal, Administración de Recursos y la Ejecución de planes.
- Habilidad de manejar y resolver conflictos, así como asignar prioridades.
- Habilidad en MS Office, Teams.
- Conocimiento básico preferente en KRONOS y Workday.
