This company provides financial, operations and maintenance services and solutions for Community Associations in the US. They are focused on creating customized solutions, improving the homeowner experience, innovating their tools, and growing their connections to be more efficient and effective in facing the challenges or struggles the boards might have.

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to support the following activities:

- Oversees Accounting operations (financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Supervise the preparation of periodic financial statements and financial reports for clients (HOAs).
- Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Reviews budget reports and assists in preparing annual budgets for clients.
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Support training for new hires and identify training opportunities for current staff.
- Oversees the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 CST

**Requirements**:

- **MUST: Advanced English **(Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- **Experience working in a GBS or Shared Service for American companies.**:

- At least 2 years of experience with supervision activities
- Accounting or Finance-related degree.
- 5 or more years of professional experience.
