Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Solar product line.
- Demonstrate mastery of technical knowledge in the courses taught.
- Ability to plan classes for the assigned courses.
- Stay technically updated permanently.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with an audience of more than 6 people, demonstrating empathy.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations in the courses taught.
- Patience to work with students of different technical levels.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Availability to travel more than 65% of the year within Mexico and LATAM.

Desirable requirements:

- Have EC-0217 certification for teaching face-to-face group courses for registration as an instructor in the STPS.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar brand turbines.
- Experience as instructor teaching any kind of courses.
