**Job Title**

VisionPLUS Analyst
- Serve Visionplus for Fiserv client processing platform in LATAM.
- Participate daily meetings with business teams and client support team discussing client issues, new project implementation/support strategies.
- Collaborate with business, development, and customer/delivery teams across multiple geographies to analyze business requirements, functional design, and delivery of LATAM VisionPLUS customizations.
- Propose improvements for platform stabilization and drive them through different phases of development life cycle.
- Support MasterCard, Visa, Amex authorization and clearing Issuing compliance implementations.
- Ensures adherence to established development standards and methodologies and may consult with stakeholders on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with all VisionPLUS delivery teams development, testing and Architecture teams. Daily meetings with Project Management, Client Services, Professional Services, LAC Command Center, Operations Team and Fiserv technology services teams.
