We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a SMT Process Engineer, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.

As a SMT process engineer you will be on charge to develop robust and optimized processes through continuous improvement achieving greater security in processes and machines, greater productivity and cost reduction.

**Your Tasks will be**
- Support Car Leaders in product launching, production lines and processes designs.
- Contribute to cost reduction and the generation of techniques to the new products
- Methods and tools development to increase the production efficiency
- PFMA creation and actualization with the multifunctional areas: Quality, manteinance, shipping, and others.
- Run and rate
- 5’s audits
- LPA audits

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field
- 4-5 years of experience in SMT areas in the electronic automotive industry
- Six sigma, Core tools, AMEF, and process flow knowledge
- English level advanced
