**About the Team**

As part of ECS, the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Private Cloud Customer Center, or PC3, is a shared services organization dedicated to managing service delivery at scale for high-volume, low-touch, private cloud customers.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP Mexico Intern - Enterprise Cloud Services

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

**Activities and Responsibilities**
- The student will support the Regional Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to the teams day to day operations
- The student will investigate and propose new approaches to current operational processes for quality improvements and better customer experience
- The student evaluates the benefits and disadvantages of new tools or of different approaches

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled student of computer science, business administration or related fields at a higher education institution. Should have an interest in software engineering and software quality on a technical level
- Interest in project management activities
- Interest in Cloud Operations
- Comfortable with English for daily communication (B level)
