Procurement Associate

**SoftwareONE**

Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX city

The Associate Procurement collaborates closely with SoftwareOne's Local Procurement and Sales Teams. This involvement encompasses the entire process lifecycle, including tasks such as managing customer data, handling price inquiries, overseeing renewals, and ensuring the seamless processing of orders. The Associate's role significantly enhances customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these processes.

**How a day-to-day would look like in this role.**
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfa ction and maintain good relationship.
- Research all relevant information required to complete tasks.
- Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers (Independent Software Vendor and distributors) to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, international affairs or related fields
- Excellent English written & verbal Skills
- 0-2 years’ experience Customer service experience
- General math skills, PC proficiency, knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP System

**Desired Qualifications**
- 0-3 years’ experience in software industry.
- Excellent Excel Skills
