**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**. Other duties may be assigned.
- Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules.
- Oversee schedules and work flow to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner
- Perform pre-organization of production materials prior to production start-up
- Coordinate and develop production plans with the company's management team
- Create efficient scheduling processes or methods to achieve production goals
- Place orders for production materials to avoid inventory shortages
- Generate production reports that are intended to be used for major (production) decisions
- Perform oversight of routine checks and maintenance of production equipment to avoid shutdown during production
- Organize on-the-job training of staff in order to achieve production targets
- Resolve problems related to material shortages in a timely manner
- Coverage of material review before releasing the order.
- Handle all production problems in a way that does not hinder production and delivery.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field experience
- Previous ERP planning experience: SAP a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- 2+ years of experience with production planning and customer service.
- Bilingual
