**SALES ENGINEER**
**Actividades**
- Perfil técnico que entiende cómo funciona el producto o servicio que ofrece la compañía y puede aterrizar una mejor solución para la venta
- Ser socio de los agentes de ventas.
- Un SE no tiene deals ni leads, acompaña al vendedor a cumplir su meta y cerrar la venta.
- Debe haber perfecta comunicación entre ambos para que esto pueda cumplirse.
- Conocer muy bien el producto.
- Cada cliente tiene necesidades diferentes, por consecuencia, existen varias soluciones para cubrir dichas necesidades.
- Sólo si eres experto en el tema (el producto) podrás enamorar al cliente y aumentar la probabilidad de cerrar la venta.
- Actuar como asesor técnico, prestando apoyo al equipo de ventas con el objetivo de cerrar acuerdos
- Comunicar información técnica a clientes no técnicos de forma clara y concisa.
- Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de ventas para identificar y priorizar posibles oportunidades de venta.
- Crear y realizar presentaciones técnicas para demostrar las ventajas de nuestros productos y servicios.
- Realizar demostraciones de productos para clientes potenciales.
- Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes durante el proceso de venta.
- Manténgase al día sobre las tendencias del sector y los productos de la competencia.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes.
- Desarrollar Arquitecturas altamente escalables para los clientes de acuero al proceso de discovery que tengan con el equipo de Ventas
- Recopilar comentarios de los clientes para realizar mejoras en el proceso de ventas.
aportar claridad a los puntos débiles de los clientes, ayudar a personalizar las soluciones para abordar sus necesidades técnicas y ayudar a otros profesionales de ventas a articular el valor del producto ofrecido.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de 3 años
- Escolaridad : Licenciatura o Máster en Ingeniería, Informática o un campo relacionado
- Experiência en arquitecturas de diagramas
- Deseado contar con certificado de Sales Engenieer, de lo contrario, experiência en haber trabajado en empresas de servicios tecnología, compañias de Software, Consultoras de IT, Agencias de Desarrollo.
- Ingles conversacional
- Conocimiento de lenguajes de programacion
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, Capacidad para comunicar de forma clara y concisa información técnica a clientes no técnicos, alto enfoque de trabajo en equipo, Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
- Habilidades de escucha activa para escuchar las inquietudes, preguntas y comentarios de los clientes para comprender mejor sus necesidades y adaptar las soluciones en consecuencia.
- Habilidades de comunicación para poder articular claramente el valor del producto.
- Habilidades de presentación para realizar presentaciones atractivas e informativas.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico para analizar cuestiones complejas y encontrar las mejores soluciones.
- Habilidades de colaboración para trabajar eficazmente con profesionales técnicos y no técnicos.
