Your task will be:

- Manage the Internal Labor Regulations Union Relations
- Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints, suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff.
- Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays.
- Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount.
- Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers
- High lows and salary changes.
- Coordinate in time and form the services to the personnel. Control and follow-up of employee settlements.
- Follow-up on complaints and demands.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Conversational English
- 5 years of experience as similar position
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law
- Negotiation with unions
- Good communication with the staff
