Make production plan.
- Assign production orders to workers.
- Solve production problems.
- Program for milling CNC machines using Mastercam.
- Accurately process all incoming requests for quotes and work with customers and sales representatives to establish project needs and determine best inhouse production process and materials to fulfill customers’ orders
- Complete product quality documentation.
- Control the daily efficiency of operators.
- Directly Responsible for Developing, Evaluating and Improving Manufacturing Methods, utilizing knowledge of Industrial Engineering norms, Product Design, Materials and Parts, Fabrication Processes, Tooling and Production Equipment Capabilities, Assembly Methods,
- Manpower Capabilities and Quality Standards as well as Controlling Scrap.
- Supervises the adequate Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Facilities, Equipment, Machinery minimizing costs and meeting established Quality Standards.
- Supervises and Evaluates Procedures designed to upgrade Production Methods, Equipment Utilization and the Quality of the Finished Goods.
- Plans investigations to determine the effectiveness of Manpower utilization and Projects Labor and Staffing Needs.
- Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Department’s Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Action Plans to achieve those Objectives.
- Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Manufacturing Function.
- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating and Developing the Manufacturing as well as acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Promoting and Maintaining Interdepartmental harmony
- Manage inhouse production capabilities to produce customers’ orders
- Once quote is approved, upload orders to our systems and processes them
- Review all changes in work orders, submit them for approval

*Professional Degree and Certificate Program. courses in CNC milling manufacturing.
*5 years of experience in milling with CNC machines to produce prototypes and first article launches from materials such as:

- Plastics: ABS, Delrin, Nylon.
- Foam: 10, 20.40 and 90 lbs.
- Metals: 6061, 5052 and 7075 aluminum, 304 Ss' and P20
- CNC Programs: Program and interpret G and M codes.
- RPM and speed control tool for different materials.

**Advanced English (Reading and Writing that allow fluid Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).

Intermediate/Basic (Use of OFFICE: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) or Application Programs

Program using Mastercam
- SolidWorks design for sectioning parts manufactured on 3-axis CNC milling machines.
- Mastering of 2D and 3D tools.
- Generate programs for milling Haas and Robodrill CNC machines.
- Interpret drawings.
- Interpretation of the production and distribution plan in three shifts.
- CNC Programmer Coordinator and Operators in 3 shifts.
- Assign workloads to CNC operators.
- 5's.
