Summary
- Ensure quality preparation of all food, menu items, proper handling and storage of food, in accordance with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef and the standards set forth in the kitchen manual.

**Qualifications**:

- Two to three years of experience in the culinary field preferably knowledge of Asian food.
- Ability to work all seasons in the kitchen.
- Ability to work under pressure while performing assigned tasks with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation and working with mínimal supervision.
