**Position Description**

Oversee and optimize all aspects of the manufacturing operations of plastic products, ensuring the efficient production of company’s products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness, although lead a team of managers and supervisors to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence of all the areas.

**Activities and Functions**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and meet production targets.
- Manage and run 3 shift continuous operation. (20 people per shift)
- Collaborate with MD to align operations with overall company objectives and market demands.
- Oversee day-to-day PVC Extrusion operations 24 hrs., including scheduling, Maintenance, resource allocation, and production planning.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and employee involvement in problem-solving and process optimization.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage the operations budget, controlling costs while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining quality standards to enhance profitability.
- Maintain cost of Pipe.

**Required Experience**:

- Conversational English skills
- PVC or other Plastic Extrusion knowledge and experience.
- Experience integrating process and people.
- Experience leading in Hands-on position (Small Multifunctional Team)
- Great leadership and people skills.
- 5+ years of experience as head of PVC extrusion

**Requirements**:

- Commute to Parque Industrial Mitras
- Work Monday to Friday full time and Saturday’s part time
- Travel 10-30% of the time
- Availability to Rotate Shifts when required.
