In collaboration with the Manufacturing teams, develop strategies, plan and coordinate activities to execute project milestones as defined by the Project purpose as of Introduction of new Technologies, plan for Capacity increase, cost reduction projects and New Products Introduction strategies.
- Manage and lead a cross functional team including resource planning, mobilization, communication to build a high-performance work team and ensure a good coordination of the multiple projects under our responsibilities (Manufacturing Strategy, growth and Infrastructure).
- With the use of the KPIs tools, track critical project metrics including timeline, budget, resources and related presentations to key stakeholders including senior executives
- Establish a governance to manage work teams, resources, project timelines and required reporting to executive team
- Ensure good cooperation and collaboration across business units and cross functional work teams
- Provide support and opportunities of development for our team members.
- Manage important budgets (Capex & Opex) to respect the strict SOX Finance requirements and maintaining a precise Monthly forecast and budget follow-up
- Benchmark between sites the best practices in terms of Projects development aligned to Process and Product optimization
