Brindar liderazgo técnico al equipo de producción. Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar documentación y soporte de piso asociados con seguridad, métodos de fabricación y calidad, herramientas y equipos. Iniciar agresivamente nuevos procesos y métodos que mejorarán la seguridad, reducirán el costo del producto y / o mejorarán la calidad del producto.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:

- Impulsar la mejora de la calidad del producto mediante la identificación de problemas de fabricación, el desarrollo de soluciones rentables y la supervisión de la implementación exitosa en la producción.
- Trabajar con los asociados de producción para resolver problemas de fabricación y calidad relacionados con métodos, procesos, herramientas, equipos y diseño de productos.
- Participe en la introducción de nuevos productos a través del diseño de procesos, el desarrollo de herramientas y nuevos equipos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo mediante Validación y Verificación: ejecución y análisis del plan.
- Coordinación de lanzamientos de fabricación
- Cumplimiento principal, así como esfuerzos ambientales, de salud y seguridad en apoyo de los objetivos de la planta.
- Impulsar la implementación de la fabricación LEAN
- Proporcionar procesos seguros que cumplan con todas las regulaciones locales y federales. Asegúrese de que se tomen medidas correctivas para resolver los problemas de seguridad observados en todas las áreas.

1. Completar toda la formación planificada de calidad y cumplimiento dentro de los plazos definidos.

2. Identificar e informar cualquier inquietud sobre la calidad o el cumplimiento y respaldar las acciones correctivas.

**Calificaciones requeridas**:

- B.S. Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o un título técnico relacionado **(Título indispensable)**:

- 3 años de experiência en producción, ingeniería o resolución de problemas de sistemas basados en PC / servidor.****:

- Comprensión de los procedimientos de prueba y control de calidad
- Buen trabajador en equipo en equipos internacionales
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y de planificación
- **Bilingüe (Inglés / Español)**

**Calificaciones preferidas**:
1. M.S. Grado en Ingeniería

2. Capacidad para identificar e implementar las mejores prácticas. Entrenado en Six Sigma.

3. Capacidad para desempeñarse con altos níveles de ambigüedad. Experiência previa en integración de procesos.

4. Experiência previa en proyectos

5. Conocimientos sobre digitalización.
