Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Execute dual brand SIS projects in the country in an efficient manner, coordinate with involved parties (suppliers, logistic and clients) to assure deliveries. Follow processes to ensure timely SIS implementation. Order & install SIS & corporate material according to segmentation- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather & execute country´s SIS implementation plan. Collect roll-out plan per concept before budget round starts. Track correct investment usage for proper planning and execution of the SIS plan
- Generate direct communication with Market team to follow up on timelines of delivery of furniture, fittings & props
- Lead execution of SIS according to Market guidelines to the accomplish the annual SIS plan
- Brief to Market Omnichannel Marketing on countries specific needs to get proper solutions and execute them following guidelines
- Deploy the installation of soft shop material in country toincrease market share & upgrade brand image. Submit data to upload IT tool to keep track of market growth
- Generate reports and Updates to Market with SIS status: installed SIS, shipment status, budget usage to ensure the correct usage of adidas resources, and take action when needed
- Manage clear understanding of the updates on the IT tool, manuals and reports to ensure proper executions in the country
- Budget control according to country´s RO plan. Request of TA in case budgets requires it to ensure proper budget allocation and SIS execution
- Maintain constant follow up on the late payments, orders not collected, delayed installations, negotiation of spaces with Sales team, create PO´s to ensure proper management of the resources of the business
- Owns maintenance of quality of existing adidas goods to give consumers a best-in-class brand experience

- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years experience
