Vev Engineer

Engineer in this position will be responsible to validate interior trim components as part of PD department.

Competencies and technical knowledge:

- Bachelor in Electrical-Electronic / Mechatronics / Automotive / Aeronautic Engineering.
- Basic automotive background.
- Main vehicle components function knowledge.
- Solid basis regarding testing, measurement and instrumentation.
- Advanced english proficiency.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Excellent communication with technician personnel to assign and delegate tasks.
- Teamwork coordination skills.

Additional skills:

- Testing normative knowledge (ASTM/ISO)
- Material testing experience.
- Mechanical testing experience.
- Testing equipment experience and usage.
- Automation/Electronic skills desirable.
- Pneumatic skills desirable.
- Software and programs: Office, Matlab, LabView, Catia V5 or similar software knowledge.

Engineer in this position will be responsible to implement engineering solutions for PD testing needs involving Interior Trim components, resolving complex set-ups and establishing best-in-class testing performance practices.
