**Responsabilidades**:
- Manejo de proyectos Kaizen, CFT's y Six Sigma-
- Implementación de programas o dinámicas para la creación de una cultura de mejora continua dentro de la planta.-
- Estandarización de entrenamientos, presentaciones, reportes, juntas, workshops, concursos, entre otras cosas relacionadas con el departamento y producción.-
- Implementar estrategias para concientización sobre 3S dentro de producción.-
- Presentar indicadores hacia el corporativo de Nashville sobre la mejora continua-
- Apoyar en actividades de producción**Requisitos**:
Requerimientos:
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en un departamento de Lean Manufacturing (Mejora Continua), producción o ingeniería industrial.-
- Conocimientos en herramientas de Lean Manufacturing (Diagrama Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, Kanban, etc.)-
- Conocimiento o implementación de proyectos de ahorro y proyectos de alto impacto-
- Conocimiento de trabajo estandarizado y equipos multidisciplinarios.
