Staff Accountant-Collection module

**We will count on you to**:
- Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of variances and prepare semi-annual reports for the regional team.
- Cash Tracking: Monitor and follow up on unapplied cash to ensure timely resolution.
**What you need to have**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in accounting.**:
- ** Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting**:
- Experience for insurance companies managing policy reconciliations (desirable).
- ** English proficiency**:
- Hands-on experience with Excel.
