**Value Stream Lead, your future Position?**

Your **key responsibilities** will be:

- Support the definition of the right focus areas to be improved, thus being part of the business diagnosis.
- Work with business teams to drive execution of improvement activities, specifically: diagnosis, understanding value, identifying opportunities, problem solving, waste reduction (the scope of the improvement projects covers all of our business areas i.e. Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
- Ensure On Time and full execution of improvements. Provide visibility on this to the Stakeholders and teams (or equivalent) through governance and routines.
- Foster the culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization supporting leaders to own and drive business transformations.

The position will be based in our **Taste & Wellbeing **manufacturing site located in **Jiutepec, Cuernavaca.**

Your professional profile includes:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Preferably with a Master’s Degree.
- At least 6 years’ experience in areas **of Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Process Improvement** within **manufacturing** multinational companies. Background in **chemical or food production industries** strongly valued.
- Solid background and knowledge of **Continuous Improvement** (Green or Black Belt Certification strongly preferred, Lean Tools).
- Solid experience in Project Management.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid ability to drive change and to manage multiple stakeholders.
