**Job Description**:

- Support for the administration and processing of returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders
- Respond to internal and external customers requesting support
- Provide support in the returns, refusals, DOA and remarketing orders
- Document the corresponding and defined fields in the workflow
- Track cases and fail outs until you resolve and get to top off orders in system
- Excellent communication knowledge: effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendations.
- Analyze problem input returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders, find a solution for either internal or external client
- Receive new returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders as well as special requests from internal groups and process them according to guidelines and HP systems on time.
- Document in each order and in the case management tool, everything that is representative and needs to complete the case 100%. The foregoing, in accordance with the internal/external audit guidelines
- Review, monitoring, evaluation, transfer and analysis of inventories
- Inventory Disposition Management

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor Degree on any Administrative area**

**English intermediate advanced**

**Excel intermediate advanced**

Excellent communication knowledge: effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendations
