**Transform the Future of Rail Transport - Harnesses Designer Wanted**

Join Alstom and power the future of transportation We're on the hunt for an innovative and detail-oriented Harnesses Designer for our Cd. Sahagun, Hidalgo site to drive our electrical design initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to shape the design of harnesses and routing integration across diverse products including traction systems, electrical cubicles, power modules, and switchgear.

**Your mission**:

- Champion the implementation of electrical and schematic métier rules.
- Incorporate industry norms, project requirements and learning from past projects (REX) into your deliverables.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality standards align with Alstom's QCD and DFQ processes.
- Work in concert with various teams such as Advanced Industrialization, EMC, and Maintainability to meet project specifications.
- Take the lead in creating 3D models of harnesses, coordinating closely with mechanical designers, manufacturing engineers, and S&A designers.
- Own the fine details of electrical harness design deliverables - BoM kit, formboards, BoM in ERP & DMA, wiring list, Plug Maps, instructions sheets, jig & tools lists, and more
- Manage your project timeline effectively to ensure a timely prototype launch.
- Conduct and lead reviews of harness design deliverables and NEO reviews.
- Keep our templates up-to-date and ensure the timely updating of deliverables in case of modifications.
- Act as a problem-solver by responding to FQRs and resolving identified issues.
- Maintain a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the harness design process.

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related.
- Experience in using DMA/Catia Electrical; Cabling/Wiring list software.
- Knowledge of SEE Electrical, GLC, ELSA, and/or ERP (such as SAP/GSI) is a bonus.
- Advanced level of English language,
