**About your role**

As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial insights and driving data-driven decisions to contribute to our company's success and growth. The role involves analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes.

- Provide accurate financial insights that enable data-driven decisions and contribute to effective strategies.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying shortcomings and implementing streamlined processes
- Ensure successful compliance and auditing outcomes through adherence to regulations and meticulous documentation.
- Cultivate strong connections with directors by conveying vital financial information with clarity and conciseness
- Support strategic planning by participating in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Enhance financial stability by monitoring market trends and potential disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations through process enhancements and technological adoption.

**Day to day (Task that help us achieve the outcomes)**
- Analyze financial data and transactions to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Review large datasets to extract relevant information for decision-making.
- Perform data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to develop financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze historical data to predict future financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor actual financial performance against forecasts and provide explanations for variances.
- Create customized financial dashboards and visualizations to provide insights to management.
- Generate reports that comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency in financial processes.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements (must haves for the role)**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- +5 years experience in Finance/Banking positions.
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex financial data.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
