**About the role**:
We're in search of a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, taking charge of engaging potential leads, crafting persuasive proposals, and sealing deals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our COO, department heads, and the sales team to ensure our strategies align with our company's overarching goals.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, excel in proposal creation, and bring at least 3 years of sales experience to the table, along with a knack for navigating e-commerce landscapes and proficiency in handling video calls, we're excited to welcome you aboard.

This is an Hourly remote position.

**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:

- Initiate and conduct calls with leads, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Work closely with the COO and department heads to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
- Help coordinate account audits to identify growth opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in creating compelling presentations and persuasive proposals.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales roles, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable and proficient in handling video calls for client meetings and internal communications.
- Strong understanding and experience in e-commerce sales strategies and dynamics.
- Previous experience with Amazon sales and familiarity with its platform and operational intricacies.
