Objetivo: Dar soporte tecnico en areas productivas estandarizacion y mejora de sistemas eléctricos del autobús, siguiendo los procedimientos y normas aplicables en la industria automotriz.
Actividades:
Estudios y calculos de capacidad por máquina y área.
- Calculo de mano de Obra, proyectos de reduccion de costos e industriales.
- Definición en AUTOCAD de Lay out general y por proceso de las áreas asignadas.
- Establecer y mejorar los procesos de la manufactura de arneses eléctricos, cables de batería
- Interpretación y conversion a diagramas eléctricos para manufactura.
- Elaboración de hojas de proceso e información técnica necesaria para la producción del area asignada
- Preparacion de lineas de produccion en manufactura diseño en CATIA; módulo eléctrico y mecánico (2D y 3D).
- Gestión de carga de BOM en SAP
- Cálculos de capacidad para maquinaria y mano de obra vs demanda.
- Elaboración de manuales para capacitación.
- Gestión en la compra de equipos, herramientas y maquinaria con proveedores nacionales y extranjeros.
- Liberación de DCN's (notificacion de cambios de diseño, Validación DCN, validación de información técnica, ciclo de reptibilidad.
- KPI´s - OEE (Medidor de eficiencia de máquinas),
- Soporte a actividades de Mantenimiento Autónomo (Cumplimiento del plan de mtto. autonomo de acuerdo a clasificaciones A,B,C),
