**General Summary**

Bajo supervisión directa del supervisor de producción coordina las actividades de un grupo de operadores enfocados a labores productivas y de soporte.

En coordinación con el supervisor de producción revisa requerimientos de producción de acuerdo a modelos a producir.

Gestiona a través del grupo de Materialistas que exista el material necesario para cubrir los planes de producción.

Proporciona soporte en caso de reparación y Monitorea que todas las operaciones estén cubiertas.

Actualiza tabaleros de nível I (registro de hora por hora, defectos, escalamiento de problemas, acciones correctivas) y ayudas visuales de las operaciones del proceso de manufactura, usando como guía su hoja de trabajo estándar.

Orienta al Operador sobre dudas en su trabajo, en caso de tener segundo turno, entrega estatus al jefe de grupo de segundo turno para asegurar el seguimiento. Y todas aquellas actividades que se requieran para desarrollar la función.

Da seguimiento al desarrollo, entrenamiento y certificación del personal asignado a sus líneas

Dirige las juntas de arranque (Go Meeting) proporcionando resultados del dia anterior relacionados con los métricos principales.

Contar con el conocimiento en los siguientes requerimientos técnicos:

- Conocimiento básico en procedimientos ISO
- Conocimiento básico de metodologías de manufactura esbelta, 5S’s.
- Conocimiento básico en técnicas de solución de problemas.
- Conocimiento básico de SAP (módulo de producción)
- Cumplir con la Matriz de Entrenamiento

Duties & Responsibilities
- Asegurar el arranque diario de turno (material, gente, equipo, herramienta, etc.)
- Mantener actualizados los pizarrones con los indicadores de producción nível I. Así mismo asiste y elabora reportes sobre: Producción, Ausentismo, Scrap, Tiempo Muerto o cualquier otro que se requiera para el monitoreo de resultados de la línea a su cargo
- Participa en proyecciones de producción.
- Asiste a Juntas diversas.
- Auxilia a actualizar níveles operativos.
- Seguimiento a proceso de retrabajo definido en el procedimiento
- Liberación del Proceso definido en su Trabajo Standard (Check list de inicio de proceso)
- Seguimiento a la liberación de la primera pieza
- Participación en los BOP (Behavioral Observance Process)
- Libera etiquetas utilizadas en el proceso de manufactura
- Se asegura que la documentación de la orden a procesar este completa (dibujos y etiquetas)
- Reportar el desperdicio de material en tiempo y forma
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir las reglas de seguridad y reglamento interior del trabajo
- Mantiene orden y limpieza (5’S) en el área a su
- Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables

**Related Education & Experience**
- Preparatoria terminada o equivalente o experiência comprobable.
- Dos años mínimos en el puesto, preferentemente.
