Requisites/Tasks:
- 4-Year College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 50% knowledge of the German language
- At least 4 years of experience in Administration(Human resources and Accounting) tasks in general.
- Knowledge of LFT and RIT
- Employee’s work documentation (IMSS, Infonavit, government documentation, permits)
- Bank reconciliation, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Update employee’s documentation (resume, status, etc.)
- Knowledge of computer equipment and collaboration systems for web meetings
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Review employee’s internal reports
- Management of HR indicators(KPI's)
- Coordinating employees and meetings
- ISO 9001:2015 documentation, update, and maintenance
- Travel logistics support when needed
- Support/cover other office team members as needed to meet company goals
- Travel required
