We are looking for a highly qualified Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key responsabilities:

- Coordinate processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the estimated scope and budget.
- Coordinate the office on administrative tasks and ensure that all internal resources are available for the impeccable execution of projects.
- Develop the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring its technical and economic viability.
- Create a plan for each project and track the progress using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, and develop and track KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the projects
- Prepare executive presentations and perform basic contract reviews.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Communicate and escalate to general management as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, industrial engineering, information technology or related fields.
- 10 years of experience as a PMO, office manager or chief of staff.
- Have knowledge of project management and SCRUM and waterfall methodologies.
- Possess numerical analysis skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
