**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish, lead, and execute strategies, provide day to day operational direction to the direct report as necessary to ensure the teams deliver on their commitments.
- Provides timely and accurate information to senior management and the core team, regarding Inventory level projections and DOH, risk to supply chain if any, status and needs, accordingly.
- Develop inventory strategies for safety stock and inventory levels considering the impact in KPI’s and addressed to meet customers’ expectations on time.
- Work with functional management such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering and Quality to ensure communication and resources alignment, provides inputs to Sr Supply Chain Manager regarding team members’ performance.
- Generate, coordinate and execute projects with Supply Chain teams (Warehouse, Planning and Logistics), for improving the supply chain level and strength for Monterrey Site.
- Ensure aggressively realistic scheduling material planning and analisys are established with input and commitment from core-team members; risks are identified, managed and mitigated through the supply chain in order to achieve service level targets, Inventory targets, and freight budgets.
- Lead regular team meetings, set actions, tracking progress against plan, and managing risks to minimize impact to the KPI.
- E&O Monthly projections that provides triggering actions to avoid negative financial impact to the P&L in Monterrey, working in conjunction with finance team.
- Overall leadership on direct materials planning and procurement, responsible for a portfolio of direct global suppliers, management of planned raw material inputs vs outputs, and management of freight in budgets.
- Assure MMS team is trained according to the tasks they are performing.
- Keep documents as QS, BS, JA, updated according to continuous improvement projects are executed.
- Lead activities from MMS side, for audits and BOS/OMS.
- Develop the team strengths, train and work on their IDP for developing and increase the skills and knowledge level of the team.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, leading strategic initiatives with, suppliers, continuous improvement processes.
- Experience with projects administration, material planning, MRP, Kanban, supplier negotiations.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- ERP systems experience, min/max, Kanban, and materials planning.
- Experience on budget preparation for freight.
