**Responsibilities**:
**Global Finance ecomm G&A Lead**
**Main Purpose**
The Corporate and Global GBS Senior Analyst is responsible for leading eCommerce G&A planning, one of the fastest growing areas within PepsiCo for all headcount, compensation & benefits, and T&E planning across functions. The Senior Analyst is expected to lead a team of 1-2 analysts who will work directly with function finance, HR and eComm functional leadership to forecast each function’s compensation and benefits, as well as the overall eComm spend. We will be driving a more automated, exception-based planning forecast to improve consistency and this role will be expected work closely with the Planning Central team on improved C&B planning.
Qualifications:
- Key Functional Responsibilities_
- Partner with HR and function finance on headcount and compensation and benefits forecasting
- Developing standardized practices across headcount planning to ensure consistency and accuracy across functions
- Coordinate with the function finance team on the bottom up AOP process for Comp & Benefits. Close out monthly actuals from payroll and post to function cost centers, partner with HR and function finance on assumptions on any updates to headcount, which could include anticipated vacancies, changes in roles / levels, or standing up new teams.
- Lead team responsible for day to day financial management of eComm G&A and capital budgets including period close, forecasting, cash flow, accruals, payment processing, risks and opportunities, and more
- Partner closely with eComm HR and eComm Tech Finance to manage, track and report headcount and associated costs and assist teams in making trade-offs as they arise
- Manage eComm G&A AOP processes including formulating the ask, identifying causes of change and billing schedules, and developing G&A storyline for Sector partners
- Partner closely with US-based eComm FP&A team to ensure accurate P&L reporting and adherence to processes
- Develop an understanding of different global functions financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
- Support transformation agenda through enhancements around planning, forecasting, and reporting of Comp & Benefits across all functions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for Masters degree
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
- IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience highly preferred
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
