**Summary**

The Manager, Global Events role supports Foundever in developing brand awareness and growth via the successful planning and delivery of key strategic events and marketing activities both at a global and EMEA level.

This role is critical to ensure that the Foundever brand is appropriately and effectively positioned within the industry marketplace to support growth via new business opportunities, delivering an integrated approach to events and related strategic marketing activities (such as awards) from research and planning, project management and stakeholder management, budget management, coordination of pre/post marketing outreach, event delivery and reporting.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Manager - Global Events role will do the following:

- Responsible for all pre-show planning and management of event coordination including but not limited to: internal team training for the event (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), travel support (where applicable), support materials, pre
- and post-show communications with internal event team, attendees, prospects, customers, and partners.
- Develop and support the planning, delivery and follow-up of virtual events (e.g., webinars, live sessions and podcasts).
- Advise and/or assist global, regional and local teams in the delivery of strategic marketing events to support both brand awareness, brand positioning and demand generation for Foundever.
- Partner with local and regional teams - including marketing, sales, account management and leadership - to identify, qualify and define priority events and tradeshows to be considered within marketing activity plans.
- Manage all event activities and associated costs in line with agreed marketing budgets, working with procurement teams to identify and manage supplier and third-party vendor relationships, as appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts (e.g., analysts and advisors, influencers, speakers).
- Work with campaign managers to develop a multichannel promotion strategy that drives engagement, attendees, and thought leadership - pre and post-show.
- Manage the event lead/prospect list process by working hand in hand with sales to determine high-priority prospects.
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
- Ensure effective reporting for all elements of the event, including budgetary reporting, lead capture and tracking, event summary and lessons learned. To include the development of streamlined report data that tracks KPI metrics such as lead source, attendee, on-site meetings/engagement, booth leads, opportunities, and associated revenue.
- Coordinate and manage all event inventory including booth displays and signs, demo sites, event presentations, sales and marketing collateral, giveaways, etc., working in partnership with content, studio and procurement teams (as required).
- Research and provide recommendations for innovative concepts and approaches for events and activities to differentiate and drive brand recognition.
- Deliver on-site support and coordination to teams at physical events, as required, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external event stakeholders.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities, where appropriate.

**Knowledge, Abilities, Skills & Competencies**

The Manager - Global Events role must respond and collaborate with internal partners and clients in a timely manner across international time zones. Responsible for leading the event management strategy to compliment brand awareness and demand generation campaigns, this role requires someone that has a passion for planning, executing, and managing third-party industry events, first-party networking events, and virtual webinars that engage attendees at each stage of the buyer’s journey.
