**SKILLS/ HABILIDADES**:

- **Experiência de al menos 4 años en la gestión de equipos ágiles**:

- Fuerte comunicación con las partes externas, incluyendo el liderazgo de negocios, proveedores y PYME en otras áreas.
- Trabajo en equipo, creatividad y pensamiento fuera de la caja
- Administración y gestión de proyectos, con facilidad de palabra, gestión de equipos interdisciplinarios, informes ejecutivos y enfocado a resultados.
- Marcos ágiles
- Ciclo de vida de desarrollo de sistemas
- **Inglés conversacional (intermedio
- avanzado)**
