Deseable haber trabajado en empresas de competencia directa como: ISS FACILITY SERVICES, SODEXO, CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, CYVSA MANTENIMIENTO, ISS SERVICIOS INTEGRALES, SOFTEK MANTENIMIENTO Y SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS, JLL MÉXICO y similares

**-Escolaridad: ingeniería titulado** : ELECTRICIDAD, electromecánico, mecánico, mantenimiento industrial, mecatrónico o afín.

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA**:

- Manejo de personal (Mantenimiento, limpieza, jardinería y admon)
- Revisión de asistencias del personal de diferentes sucursales (registro de vacantes, asistencia, vacaciones, permisos, incapacidades).
- Encuestas de satisfacción al cliente.
- Elaboración y control de inventarios de herramientas, equipo, consumibles.
- Elaboración de cronogramas para el buen mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos, eléctricos, electromecánicos, HVAC y mantenimiento general.
- Elaboración de reportes KPI
- Conocimientos en HSE (indispensable)
- Manejar diferente servicios y/o clientes a nível nacional
