Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Aguascalientes Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role being responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client. As the owner of the account in the site, the PM focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements/Statement of Work (SOW) and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract.
- Develop and maintain business relationship.
- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.).
- Monitors, reports and coordinates any troubleshooting of accounts receivables (AR).
- Approves changes to standard costs and updates sales price at least every quarter.
- Creates the Forecast Demand Format and coordinates with finance the creation of Forecast Outlook (FOL) for its organization.
- Coordinate problem solving, and escalates challenges encountered on the program that that affect the P&L for the organization to meet financial commitments, accountable for the financial performance of the account and address any gaps to assure quote alignment.
- Participate on continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations & Materials)
- Coordinates the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product, this does not include day to day activities.
- Escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain.
- Coordinate communication and relationship with the segment group on account strategy and commercial aspects.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English.
- NPI experience.
- Demonstrates advanced operational knowledge; people management and process knowledge; and interpersonal skills as well as customer relationship skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of project management, supply chain and logistics and finance.
- Requires excellent customer relationship and management, interpersonal relationships, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical operations, supply chain and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management.
- Understand the business and has the ability to forecast revenue and control costs ensuring compliance with the quote and contract agreements.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and take fast decisions, reduce liabilities and solve problems.
- Strong communication skill is critical.
- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined procedures and policies for selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. Normally receives no instruction.
- Demonstrates skills in teaching/leading and/or mentoring.
