Payments Specialist

**Brief description**

This position is responsible for ensure the correct payment process for the client and different suppliers.

**Main Responsibility**
- Make training reports and inform the accounts of their progress.
- Analyzes and proposes training program designs.
- Supports the development of training strategy, especially in the programming of staff areas.
- Maintains contact with internal and external customers, coordinating all requirements.
- Ensure the quality of the Needs Detection Plan trainings. (DNC)
- Manage and manage area budget.
- It is responsible for updating and maintaining the training management system of the area.
- Organize recognition programs Featured Contributor and APLL Spirit.
- Inform managers of tax exemption updates sence Law 19.518
