**V. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS (AUTORIDAD)**:
**De la Función**:
- Diarias- 1.- Realizar las actividades asignadas en los QRCI UAP.- 2.- Optimizar los puestos de trabajo en base a las metodologías del sistema FES.- 3.- Asegurar el respeto de los controles de proceso.- 4.- Seguimiento a implementación de acciones para eliminar condiciones inseguras.- 5.- Consultas en SAP de níveles de inventarios.- 6.- Apoyar en la implementación de las acciones de mejora del área definidas en las juntas.- 7.- Seguimiento a la implementación SMED y KANBAN (si aplica).- 8.- Ajustar los procesos si se requiere.- 9.- Cálculo de No. De tarjetas KANBAN y definición de shop stock.- 10.- Aplicar las herramientas de mejora continua en las líneas y procesos.- 11.- Cumplir lo establecido en el código de ética y administración.- 12.- Realizar pruebas de materia prima.- 13,- Resolver problemas de línea de productos (ingeniería).- 14.- Dar aviso de intervención (informar a otros departamentos sobre proyectos).- 15.- Soporte técnico en la resolución de problemas según necesidades de la línea de producción.- Frecuentes- 1.- Realizar mejoras de reducción de tiempo ciclo e incremento de productividad.- 2.- Participar en juntas que se le solicite.- 3.- Organización de talleres de mejora continua.- 4.- Realizar análisis de demanda vs HC para balanceo de líneas.- 5.- Actualizar los Layouts del área según sea la necesidad de la línea.- 6.- Verificar la actualización de las HIT de los procesos.- 7.- Seguimiento a consumos de reciclado ( si aplica).- 8.- Seguimiento a proveedores.- 9.- Revisar AMEF vs manual de AIAG evaluación de ponderación y el uso de check list PBA-F-LSS-5817.- 10.- Trato con proveedores- 11- Entrega de muestras según procedimientos de aviso de intervención, solicitud de ensayo y reporte de- pruebas funcionales.- 12.- Monitoreo en los diferentes procesos.- 13.- Control presupuestal de la UAP en base a los resultados.- Eventuales- 1.- Definir métodos de proceso.- 2.- Determinar parámetros.- 3.- Participación en inventarios.- 4.- Estudios de habilidad del proceso, y seguimiento a TRS.- 5.- Participación en actividades y revisiones de QRCI.- 6.- Participación en juntas de cambios de ingenieria.- 7.- Administrar plan de auditorias AMEF.- 8.- Seguimiento nuevos proyectos en la puesta en marcha de lo concerniente al proceso.- 9.- Dar disposición a máquinas y herramentales para refaccionamiento y su almacenamiento.
