**Main Responsabilities**:
This position will perform the role of Supervisor - Tech Stack Emb PVV. Will be responsible for all the Verification & Validation activities for the software packages released by the embedded design scrum teams.
- Drive quality by effective defect management and report metrics.
- Ensure Project deliverables meet expected timelines and Quality. Ensure it complies with Deere Quality Process.
- Provide technical solutions to complex issues concerning Platforms (Tractor domains (2R to 9R)) and guides team to resolve the issues with deliveries
- Abreast with latest Technology trends, conducts environmental scanning for competitive advantage in Test Automation & Embedded Software PV&V domains
- Ensure appropriate Communication with Business Partners & relevant Stakeholders on all project activities, ensure Risks & Mitigations, Changes (if any) are discussed with stakeholders in regular intervals.
- Build relationships with stakeholders by regularly having touch points with stakeholders, gain insight into their operations, understand their pain areas, converts learnings & solutions into business opportunities.
- Ensure Development and Training needs of Project Team are met and responsible for their Performance appraisals and Succession Planning for team.
- Support function manager on create budget plans for team and ensure monthly review of expenses and financial goals are met for team.
- Ensure timely Resource acquisition for the Project needs

**What Skills You Need**:

- Strong understanding of Embedded Software PV&V (Operations & Quality Process)
- More than 8 Years of experience in Embedded Systems or relevant domains
- Strong Business Development skills
- Knowledge of Electronics, Controllers, CAN, sensors, harness design etc
- Ability to analyze, and define business requirements and suggest necessary testing strategies
- High Analytical Thinking & Strong Decision-making skills
- Exposure to Project Management Practices/Skills
- Team Management & Team Building Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills (ability to set right expectations with Team and Business Partners in the most appropriate way)
- Relationship building skills and could able to liaise between various stakeholders
- Knowledge of board Support packages, programming languages, Real Time operating systems, AUTOSAR framework, Embedded Software development processes, AGILE, Etc

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- PGDBM/MBA
- PMP Certification/ Test Manager Certification (ISTQB, ASQ, QAI)

**Education (or equivalent experience)**:

- BE or ME/MS in Electronics, E&TC, Instrumentation or Computers or Equivalent
