**Key roles and responsibilities**

A. Review, analyze, debug, and modify the design and function of the business system based upon business requirements.

C. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

D. Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.

E. Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.

F. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

G. Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

H. Tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding system enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and that it is meeting business needs.

I. Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic.

**Job requirements and qualifications**

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems; or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of SAP Experience.

Experience in business system analysis or related area is required.

SAP system design, analysis, and implementation experience is required

Desirable knowledge of other modules SAP MM, QM, PM and FI-CO

Eagerness to learn and support other areas, as needed.

Strong business analysis, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.

Practical knowledge on ERP implementation methodology, system development methodology and Quality Assurance practices.

Knowledge and experience with IT controls and governance

Fluency in written and verbal communications skills

Fluent in English language

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities

Results oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge and experience with IT controls and governance.

Desired experience on Manufacturing / Automotive industry

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
