We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Continuous Improve Supervisor **based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila (JIT Division).
As **Continuous Improve Supervisor **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to **Continuous Improvement Manager.**
**Your Task will be**
- Manage work groups in order to carry out projects to reduce variation and waste in processes
- Management of Operating Model requirements
- Development of strategies to impact Continuous Improvement indicators
- Quick Kaizen Management
- Development and Coaching of Kaizen Workshops
- Development of training material and execution of it with plant personnel
- Coordinate Lean Practitioner Certifications
- Green Belt - Black Belt Certification.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 2 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry.
- Ms Office.
- Fluent English level.
