Job Requirements

Responsible to allow the Digital area to channel paid traffic to browse web and mobile sites according to P&L targets. This role is a specialist in allocating the digital budget in different digital media and different platforms (Google, Facebook) ensuring the optimal distribution of the budget. This role is responsible for tracking in order to fully optimize the digital channels, including Call Center, making the necessary corrections. This role will interact with agencies, strategic partners DTC (Direct to Customers) areas, Digital Manager, among others.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage in a responsible way optimization rates, digital ads, call center integration, etc. to convert most of the paid ads into leads and sales for the company.
- Develop trackings to monitor progress and optimize the companies to calculate that the cost of the investment turns out to be profitable for the company through the sales actions performed.
- Ensure that digital campaigns are aligned with the Marketing area to maximize the budget spent and gain efficiency among the active investments in this channel.
- Work closely with Digital Agencies to ensure the company's P&L goals and be aligned in digital campaigns operating in networks and channels.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, and/or Communication.
- Use of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to re-direct personal efforts in response to changing circumstances.
- Capable of identify complex problems and provide assertive solutions.
- Upholds and models Chubb values, even in challenging situations, when making decisions and communicating to others.
- Initiative is willingly doing more than is required or expected in the job.
- Effectively executes on plans, drives for results and takes accountability for outcomes.
- Strong communication skill (internal and external).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of Spanish and English languages.
- Capable to use image editing tools to support the creation of designs, layouts, and user interfaces.

Experience
- 5 years of experience working with agencies, Facebook or clients.
- Experience defining budget according to spend and metrics to have the best profitability rates in the digital channel.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Google, especially Facebook (paid search, Displays, mailings, affiliation, etc.) to get a better base and obtain leads.
- Experience with managing metrics and analytics to enable reporting discipline.
