El Ingeniero de Proyectos junior será responsable de liderar proyectos de productividad con colaboración de otros miembros del equipo de manejo de proyectos y equipos multifuncionales. Además, el ingeniero de proyectos junior estará constantemente identificando oportunidades de proyectos de productividad para el sitio, con una mentalidad Lean para la mejora continua de las operaciones y los procesos.

**Lo que harás**:

- Liderar proyectos de bajo impacto para el sitio; ahorros anuales < a $50,000.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de manejo de proyectos en proyectos de mediano y alto impacto para el sitio; ahorros anuales desde $50,000 hasta y mayores de $200,000.
- Identificar oportunidades de proyectos de productividad en todo el sitio para las diferentes cuentas financieras, principalmente para servicios y suministros.
- Uso de herramientas Lean para ejecución de proyectos, como trabajo estándar, para poder implementar en diferentes procesos.

**Lo que necesitas tener**:

- Licenciatura o ingeniería.
- Un mínimo de 2 años de experiência laboral progresiva en el entorno empresarial.
- Experiência con herramientas Lean.
- Inglés avanzado para comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Experiência en liderar equipos e impulsar cambios en la orientación a resultados.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

**Sería bueno que tuvieras**:

- Conocimiento en la herramienta de Smartsheet para creación de planes de acción y seguimiento de los mismos.
- Compromiso con la mejora de procesos
- Compromiso con en el cliente para definir la calidad y establecer prioridades
- Habilidad para motivar a las personas y conseguir resultados.
