To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services on customers' site/property. These activities include pre-commissioning, maintenance, and inspection of client pipelines and piping assets. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the safe delivery of operations in the PPS organization. You will participate in discussions about the future of the business and frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

**As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics
- Developing long-range and short-range resource plans based on region forecasts and business commitments, including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development.
- Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks & recommendations to senior business leaders and partner technical teams.
- Handling complex medium-term project processes. Department to define approaches and variety due to customization to client needs.
- Handling essential business clients. Complex processes require the involvement of many stakeholders on the client-side.
- Interfacing with customer service managers on issues escalation.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience of Pipeline Pre-Commissioning, Maintenance, and Resource Management
- Have a good working knowledge of Oracle/SAP
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
