We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Customer Service Analyst **based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico)**.
As a member of the Procurement team, you will be responsible to plan and coordinate all the shipments to our customers to ship according their releases. Maintaining our scores in target.

**Your Task will be**:

- Make sure to have the releases in time to share with the entire planning team.
- Avoid obsolescence or excesses.
- Maintain inventory levels in Finished Goods within level.
- Knowledge of FORD, GM or AUDI customer portals.
- Ship according to releases to clients.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Engineering level or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in Inventory Management, Time Management, Planning and Scheduling, Efficiency and Logistics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & QAD AS400.
- Advanced English.
- Communicative, negotiation and organizational skills.
