**Responsibilities**:
**FP&A Coordinator SWE**

**Main purpose**

GBS FP&A Coordinator will play a key role in the SWE cost and budget planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for generating a consolidation, cost and budget management world class Global Business Service (GBS) for South West Europe markets. Responsible of reports generation and improvement. Coordinate europe agenda, generating efficiencies. Interact and become business partner for OUs commercial finance teams, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

**Your Impact**

As The
**FP&A Coordinator SWE** your scope will consist of:
Planning and Forecasting:

- Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of Mexico and SWE consolidation
- Support OU Financial & Commerciall finance teams in the consolidation & construction of Fcst & AOP strategy understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and financial &commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Coordinate the bottom up OPEX AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to GBS leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights
- Providing OPEX reliable and timely information for precise decision making
- Support OU commercial finance in the construction of Europe cost understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process
- Owner of planning model’s responsible of their maintenance, updates and improvements.
- Generate all direct profit reports update and improvements looking for standardization across Europe’s markets.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to P&L to advise the GBS Direct Profit Consolidation Leader

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Minimum 1 years of experience (preferable in finance)
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
